The Valcartier Village Ice Hotel is without a doubt the most unique place to enjoy the splendours of Quebec’s winter. For the first time since 2001, the 32,000 square foot architectural marvel of ice and its 44 themed suites – newly built – unveiled a Nicolas Feuillatte champagne bar.
Within this magnificent and ephemeral setting, the bar and its exclusive setting welcomed hotel visitors and guests to admire breathtaking ice sculptures and relax from January through March. Equipped with ice tables and canapés, the ice bar offered the brand’s signature cuvée, the Réserve Exclusive, a Champagne with notes of juicy pear and crisp apricot, served in diamond-shaped ice flutes.
A champagne-based cocktail menu was also featured for guests to enjoy. This Quebec partnership extended the enchantment with a 10-week promotional campaign called “enchanting life” where the brand invited thousands of Quebecers to share photos of what makes their lives better in exchange for a chance to win one of fifty bottles.
As the best-selling champagne brand in France and now the third most popular in Quebec, Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte and its collection of exceptional champagnes is an accessible luxury that has captured the hearts of La Belle Province.
